    SOLD On Ebay - Thoughts?

I bet it makes $23k+. That's a hard color/year combo to come by.

SOLD Anyone know about this one?

It shows nice in the pictures. My quest for my first EB continues (about a year now). Is there anyone local that has seen this one in person? Any help or opinion is appreciated. http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?itemId=151044431629&index=4&nav=SEARCH&nid=88290729461

    Best Year

I'm in CA. So, a pre 76 would be nice in that the motor could be greatly modified without having to deal with this crumby state's ridiculous rules.

    Best Year

Mostly a family fun ride. Offroad would be minimal. I have a 72 Sport in mind that's a real nice survivor. Unfortunately, I too am a huge fan of Ranger trim and the later years 73-77. I suppose anything can be modified to suit... This 72 I'm looking at has power brakes (add on) but no power...

    Best Year

For a potential first time EB purchaser, what's the group's opinion on the best year to buy? Also, which trim package is your favorite?

SC Know anything about this one?

Any thoughts. Looks decent enough. http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?itemId=300892474575&index=0&nav=SEARCH&nid=89095450241

    GA Not mine, but WOW!

Looks real nice in the pictures. But, from the door post info, wouldn't a 1976 Ranger be 4900 gvw instead of 4600? I don't know, but that's what I thought. http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?itemId=140957119697&index=0&nav=SEARCH&nid=08896418211

    CA uncut 77 bronco

Agreed. Paint job/striping is a Ranger option, if I'm not mistaken, yet has none of the Ranger options (carpet, panels, seats, dash pad, etc). Also, that's not a 77 steering wheel, is it?

    CA uncut 77 bronco

Here's the most recent CL post with more pics. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/cto/3649249867.html It's been on the market since late last year. Started at $27500...

    Rust free original ranger worth?

As a very disappointed wannabe Bronco owner who missed out on an opportunity to buy a comparable 77 Ranger for 18k (needed a little maintenance-carb, muffler, tires) and then passed up on a cherry 20k uncut all original 75 Ranger that had been properly maintained, buy it and don't look back...

thinking about buying my 1st bronco ned a little info

Rob, I'm looking at purchasing my first as well. I have been hunting for a while now and for me, the best thing to do is see these things in person. Pictures are far too deceptive. Also, as mentioned before, spend more to get more. It's cheaper to pay more to get it than fix it up yourself. I...

Anything I should know about buying a 77?

I'm floored you picked that up for that price. Nice! You have to remember I'm dealing with CA inflation here...

    CA Really?

    That's very true.

Anything I should know about buying a 77?

What would you spend to by this Bronco? Pb, ps, a/c, all original equipment present, clean and straight, but not restored or "show" quality. Cut fenders.

Anything I should know about buying a 77?

You're right. I can only go on what I have been told about mileage. It doesn't look like 180k to me, but you can sometimes never tell. As far as the engine, probably just tuneup and maybe fuel injection down the road. It needs an exhaust update and that's about it. If CA starts rolling the...

No larger than that. I still want to have articulation without rubbing.

Anything I should know about buying a 77?

Thanks everyone. I'm in CA so I have the emissions hurdles. I found a 77 that has sub 80k original miles on it, "one family" owner, and the only obvious modifications are cut fenders. I don't like the idea of the front suspension giving me grief if I choose to lift it. How much modification is...
