Frame Paint: 2 Stage After Epoxy?

This. In the middle of my restore and have touched up the frame several times from Welding brackets, bumps scrapes etc. Single stage is much easier to touch up.

Out of gas at 1/2 full??

Now that we know it's an electrical pump. I'd try a test, get a piece of flat stock and lower the pump mount a couple of inches and see if you can get more fuel out of the tank.

Out of gas at 1/2 full??

I've seen rust holes on the pickup tube inside the tank cause this. if it sat for extended periods with half a tank it can cause rust at the fill line

    Pressure plate bolts

I'm confusing myself so I figure better to just ask. Old motor, 1980 302 with the stock 3spd transmission New motor 96 5.8 (351w) that was mated to a auto Looking thru the parts I think the Std bolts for the pressure plate are longer than the auto. Should I order new, or can they stand up...

    Frame horns

Port-a-power would be the best way, but just shy of that, the largest diameter all-thread, and some large washers and bolts. Applying some heat would help. Mine was in the other direction and had to be pushed down.

'77 Frame Off as a spectator sport

If that's the same business they must have upgraded, I remember a place on the south side of the city that was just a concrete block building

    Interference

Called Tom's. As we guessed they are for alignment. Shortening them isn't an issue, and the tech stated that removing one wouldn't cause an issue. I'll probably shorten the inboard pair as the autist in me wants them to be symmetrical.

    Tow / Haul

I about killed myself in West Va back in the 90's hauling a car on a trailer towed behind a bone stock 71. What can I say I was young and stupid. It was after the first gulf war and I was still feeling a bit invincible. The trailer literally lifted the rear of the bronco off the road when it...

    Interference

Installed a set of rear disc's to my rig, which required moving the lower shock mounts inboard about a half an inch. I've got a set of Tom's 2 1/2 inch rear leafs and they have these brackets about half way forward and back on the leaf. I've got a "slight" interference where the shock boot is...

    More than I can handle!

If you're not doing the work. It will be cheaper to take it to a transmission shop and just get it rebuilt.

    Holley Sniper + Hyperspark Problem

Agreed, the whole hyperspark system is in my shopping cart waiting until I need it in my restoration. Like to have some real world opinions. Also kind of hoping that it would go on sale at some point but I don't think that's going to happen

    Holley Sniper + Hyperspark Problem

Just to confirm, your Pos and Neg is connected directly to the battery as recommended, not to a relay or distribution block.
