How should rear axle seal fit axle?

How should the axle seal sit on the axle?? I assume the rubber is supposed to fit snug on the axle - correct? While putting axles back in, I noticed the inner diameter of the seal is a bit larger than the outer diameter of the axle. There is a pic in my gallery...

    Ball joint pre-load screw

After plenty of heat and overnight soak of PB Blaster I went to work. The thread got boogered when I tried to turn the screw by putting an air hammer on the castle portion of the screw in hopes the force would shock it loose. However, in the process I boogered up the top threads on the C and can’t get the new screw in. Anyone know the size of the hole and thread pitch? And where to get a thread tap to fix...

    Full-width mounting choices

unfortunately I still have not pulled the trigger on the swap. Howeverm I did decide I will keep the buckets where they are and mount new wedges on the full width 44. This way, if I ever decide to go back to stock width (for whatever reason) I will be able to swap back easily. Doubtful but it...
