I am not entirely sure at what RPM or HP/TQ levels. But I am sure that with the engine being stock and my driving habits I won’t notice.

Installed the passenger side fresh air box, pedal assemblies, steering column, steering shaft, hydroboost offset firewall bracket and mocked up the Astro van/corvette MC today.

I need to source the rod for the hydroboost to MC.

Also I think the next thing will be swapping out the 289 for the 351.

The hydroboost bracket won’t work with the ZF5 master cylinder. Going to have to change to a direct firewall mount for the brakes so the master can be positioned correctly.

Exited to see you get this on the road, my build is going in a very similar direction! I’d love to get with you on some particular suspension measurements and clearances.

You can't modify the offset mount to incorperate the clutch master? Looks like it wouldn't be too hard, you could even use the offset brake mount as firewall reinforcement for the clutch master.

Looking forward to see how this turns out with the stock hood. I keep going back and forth on 302 vs 351 for my '67. This week I am leaning 351, lol. Keeping the stock hood is a big factor in that decision. Great deal for $300.
