Great build! The engine problem is a bummer.... But your Bronco looks awesome!

It was a long day with several set backs, but the new crank is in and the motor is back in it's home.

Well........I wish this was a duplicate post but the motor came back out again this weekend.

After more test driving we had some clutch chatter that just wasn't cutting it. I know, I know why didn't you do it the first time?

Probably a warped flywheel. Getting a new fly wheel and clutch.

No wonder why so many projects don't get finished.

Well it is was a fight the last couple weeks to get some things done up but the clutch is back in and just working on small detail stuff now. Haven't been able to get home while it's light out to get some good pictures but hopefully later this week.

It had to have a couple trips as a trailer queen since I haven't made it to the DMV either.

Decided to send this one down the road when we are done. We are trying to get a hold of a 66 1/2 cab to work on over the winter.

A few of the details:

Drivetrain:

• Front end is a 1977 Bronco Dana 44 with disc brakes and 3.50 gears.
• New Adjustable track bar.
• New Tie rods.
• New braided stainless steel outer brake lines
• Rear end is a 1977 Bronco big bearing 9” with 3.50 gears.
• Stock 3 Speed with a new Hurst floor shifter.
• New clutch and flywheel.
• T shift Dana 20 Transfer Case.
• Converted to 1977 Bronco Power Steering.
• Stock wheels

Suspension:

• New KbarS progressive front coil springs
• New KbarS rear leaf springs.
• New KbarS Shocks.
• Newer Poly C bushings and track bar bushings
***KbarS parts were purchased before they went out of business but never used until now.

Body:

• All rust cut out and replaced including new front floors.
• Floors were treated with POR15 prior to paint.
• New Wimbelton paint through out including the interior and rear tub.
