I worked on putting speakers in the dash today.I bought some 3.5" and stacked them I hope it works I plan to hide 2 more 4x6 under seat. This truck was a radio delete so there were no holes in the speaker grill for screws so we had to drill new ones I am pretty happy with the way it turned out.I could not fine the original style material for the speaker cover so used some fiberglass screen worked good not as fine as original.

Fordfan, he has that thing stored in the west end of the shop, hottest place there. No air with the trees around and I think he is getting older and not willing to work till midnight anymore. The older you get the harder it is. Great to see some progress though. Just renewed my Contributor status so maybe I can get some pics end of the month when I come down for Double Tap. I need to hurry up the rust might infect the ole 73.

As long as you or Dennis gets them then fine, I will always know where they are. FYI, not to hijack the thread but looks like I will be back to pu ole DT either on the 30th or the 1st or 2nd. Hopefully I can get it running again, I figure the float is stuck from all that ethenol gas.

Looks good! Are you going to have AC in this one? I know you like to ride in style and comfort.
