Of all the Bronco's I saw outside Leesburg, How did I miss this one? Secret hiding spot?

It's going to be great Brian, hoping for a day off soon, If I get one on a weekend I may have to come up and turn a wrench.

I did not work on it today, but I rolled it out this afternoon to Tig some aluminum in the bay were it has been residing. It looked so good in the late afternoon sun, I grabbed the camera for some PICS!!!!:cool:

NOTE : The front fenders have not been "Rubbed" yet, so you can probably see the difference in the rear quarters.

Thanks JDJ! Admiring a job well done makes the sweat and blood a little less important.

Finishing up last of the Components

Replaced some sheet metal in the left door at the bottom, cleaned the inside of both doors, etched and sealed with POR15, finished inside of doors with Dynapro, primed jambs with DP40.

NOTICE: See the brand marking on the steel on the inside of the door....."Fairless Steel - United States Steel" I really like the "USS" part!!!!

PS: cleaning the inside of the doors is a PITA!!!! and it will cut your arms and hands if you don't cover the edges!!!

A Few more Pics

Dynapro in the doors to look like the original undercoating and also painted the dash and interior components with satin parchment. (It looks to yellow in the booth, but it is the correct color in the sunlight.)

It Is All In The Little DETAILS!!!!

Just to update the tread a little..... All parts are painted; the sheetmetal assembly is about ready to marry the chassis!!! All we need is a cute little flower girl!!!! (Raygan)

On a different note, do you think these door posts are solid???? It is 10 yr old Yellow Wood!! These are attached to a dolly to roll pieces in and out of the paint room and paint on.... the doors swing so all angles hopefully will get finish!!

Thanks for the compliments folks! Now, if we had a chassis to put it on!?!.....Anyone have an old rusty running gear we could put it all on! If you do, we might get it to the SC!
