Hello everyone! So I have a 1984 bronco with a 302, I've installed a set of flowtech headers and the driverside header is hitting the oil pan and is also in the way of the drain plug. So any suggestions on what oil pan I'll be needing?

Hey there. Sorry to hear about your problem. Most of us run into problems with the headers hitting either a frame rail or a bell housing or driveshaft or something. Don’t think I’ve heard of it hitting an oil pan before, especially when it was made for that engine. I wonder if they were damaged or missed boxed.

But we are also mostly owners of the original first generation early bronco. A few of us own big Broncos, but but maybe not enough to do any good.
Hopefully someone has experienced the same thing or similar, or can perhaps direct you to a better forum where you might get more information.
A couple that I can think of are:
bronco.com and the other is Fordtruckenthusiasm.com.full-sizebronco.there used to be others as well but I can’t think of them at the moment.

Sorry I can’t seem to be able to edit a website entry from my phone. So those are incorrect. The first is supposed to be enthusiast instead of enthusiasm. I think you get the picture.

Good luck!

Any chance you can become a contributor or post pictures? Is the flange hitting?
