OK, it looks like we have 5 people interested in pitching in, so I thnk I will cap it at that for now and split it evenly for $40 each since we are getting down to the wire before I head out.

Please see me or our club Treasurer, Randy Silbaugh at registration when you get to the event.

Special thanks to the following for stepping up to help us out with this new twist in our event planning! More proof that Bronco people are the best!

Fireball, our memberships are still valid from our last trip. This will be cheap wheeling for us.

Good point Dave!

Anyone who went on and got a Rausch Crek membership during the MEB summer trail ride at RC last August or the Snow run this past February, your membership is still valid for one year from when you got it.

If you have a membership card, be sure to dig it out and put it in your wallet to make it easier.

They can likley also look you up on the computer at the office, but they will not likely have that abiltiy when the Rausch Creek rep it at the Campground on Thursday and Friday night during check-in.

Hey guys. Looks like I may be able to go. I just called the camp and they said they are full up. So no love there. For the first time ever my Wife wants to go. I want to be with the group but perhaps I waited too long. My wife is not a ground camper. I need to find a place to stay. are there any hotels close? what do I have to do to register so late?

Awesome!

There are three major hotels just off the interstate at the same exit for and only 5 minutes from the campground.

I will dig up the info...

Hampton Inn - 481 Suedberg Rd - Pine Grove, PA (570) 345-4505
Comfort Inn - 433 Suedberg Rd - Pine Grove, PA (570) 345-8031
Econo Lodge - 419 Suedberg Rd - Pine Grove, PA (570) 345-4099

I know the Hampton Inn is supposed to give a discount if you tell them you are going to Rausch Creek. You may want to ask the others as well if you stay at one of them.

You can register onsite at the campground.

We look forward to seeing you and your wife there!

Bax, check out post # 245 for participant info which includes the event itenerary that has the times and locations for on-site check-in and late registrations.

I am not aware of any cabin cancellations. Those were sold out a couple months ago. I am not even sure if there are any RV sites left.

More great prizes for the raffle

The sponsors are awesome! Someone who came to my house recently and saw the piles of boxes asked me what we pay for this stuff. I said - $0! Its all donated! He was really surprised.

More generous sponsors since the last post:

MG Industries
New Port Engineering
BC Broncos
Tuffy Security Products

Only 4 days until we head out to the Roundup. Wait til you see what's on the prize table this year!!
