Asking for advice on what oil pan to use on a 347 stroker, the transmission will be 4r70w out of 2001 exploder. The bronco is a 76 has had a frame of restoration a few years ago. Back to the tranny I relieze I have to get a adapter and a shift controller.
I bought a 302 long block last year then a few days ago I come across a nice 347 stroker but it has a front sump oil pan.

Thanks.
Mark

The bronco oil pan is more to clear the front differential. A front sump pan will interfere with suspension flex so I would swap the bronco pan and pick up onto the new motor.
