351w Camshaft plug leaking oil?

I'd leave it. Add oil and see if it leaks. Is the tranny already back in place? If its out you can start the engine and sit right behind it to see if you see any oil leaking out.

Problem is it is hard to start it without the flywheel and bellhousing. I personally would not trust the red loctite.

I came across some permatex anaerobic gasket maker. I think someone earlier in the thread said that would work. Any thoughts?
