I was ordering my Ford Racing Crate engine today and I had one ford tech tell me that the E303 cam would be great and had another guy today tell me that I would get more torque out of a stock HO mustang cam. I am getting the roller cam compatible HD 351W 4V engine that is a roller block but has a flat tappet cam. I am converting it to roller cam prior to installing it in my car. I thought people on here like the E-cam. I need to know quick so I can include the part in my order tomorrow for the free shipping.

Thanks guys.

hard to say but you said your installing it in a car? The 5.0 HO cam will probalby make more lowend torque but with a 351W you can afford to loose a little by going with the E303 as the longer stroke of the 351 should offset the small loss.
I dont know the all the exact specs of the HO cam so its hard to say but if the engine is going into a bronco it might be a better choice than the E303. You might want to call some of the other cam companies and get there suggestion they will take all you specs and get you the cam your looking for.
