My 351W swap is a few months off which is to say next summer but it’s never too soon to start getting things ready and I’m all about having a game plan before starting a project.

I’ve done tons of reading on this (maybe too much) yet I haven’t been able to identify the perfect fit so to speak.

I’m not going EFI right now but will down the road in a year or two.

My question is this,
Is there a perfect fit meaning if you were going to order a 351W from say Promar what would be the idea year and application for this swap and why?

I just picked up a 351W from Promar. It is an 87-91 block, intake to pan. It was their 325hp rated motor. Ran about $4k with a mallory HEI dist and wires.
