My two speed Atlas is being delivered today. I got it with the standard Bronco shifters, which aren't too much different than what ya see with D20 twin sticks. When I install this combo I'll be using a Winters sidewinder shifter on the floor for the tranny.

I was up a Kyle's house last week and learned about the cable style atlas shifters. I tried to change my order yesterday, but found out the TC is already on its way. Incredibly fast I might add, as I only ordered it a month ago. I have the option of returning the unused shifters and buying the cable style for $200ish more. This would allow me to move the TC where I want them and put the tranny shifter where it's most comfortable as well (it's a cable shifter too.)

So, the question is, can those of you who are running any floor shifter with the bronco style atlas shifters give your opinion on whether I should just run those or go to the cable style. Pics would be great as well.

Thanks!

I'm running a 4R70W with B&M shifter with Atlas 4 speed. Not sure what you mean by Bronco shifters but my Atlas uses mechanical shifters for the main and a cable for the super low.
I'm sending the best picture I have but it's not very good.

By bronco shifters I mean just the standard twin stick you'd get when buying an atlas for a bronco as opposed to the universal cable shifters, if that makes any sense.

My main goal is to have the tranny shifter is the best spot since it'll be getting used a lot more often than the TC shifters. I don't want to have to reach to shift it if ya know what I mean.

Your setup looks nice! Thx!

I should also mention that I'd like to get a tuffy console, which eliminates mounting the tranny shifter between the seats.

Mine has the wider Tuffy console. Changed out the narrower one cause you can't have too much storage.
