Although I am still undecided on the controller, how are you wiring your reverse lights? Is that something the controller accommodates? And I guess same question for the neutral start switch?

Thanks!

Normally I use the range switch on the side of the trans, using it to trigger relays for the load. (starter relay and rev light relay.) I'll attach diagrams for the switch I used of a 98 explorer, different years may be different.

The stock MLPS (neutral safety) will run reverse lamps just fine. Millions of Fords run around this way and it isn't a failure point. Unless you are doing some crazy high amp reverse lamps you will be fine without adding relays.

Thanks for the replies. My question is where are you tapping into the harness from US or HGM?

If memory serves... The US shift harness has the wires available for NS and reverse lights. I don't have access to the install manual anymore, but perhaps it is available on their website?

I was unable to find it on their website at first, but have since found it. It does have provisions for both. Thanks!
