My $.02... I'm going to run mine without the door, just an open horizontal surface to put crap on that I don't need secured. The "important" stuff will be locked in the center console. It's a thought I had and ran it by another bronco buddy. He actually slapped his forehead and said that he never thought of that.

That's what I did. I tried the slide over hinge but it wasnt enough. I like having the easy access to the open glove box. I never used it before...it was a pain to open.

With the VIN tag on it I personally wouldn't want to run without the glovebox door.
