;DBrought the 66 Bronco home today and I am loving it. It is a lot of Black though and so here is my question?????

I WAS GOING TO PUT ON BLACK WHEELS WITH A TOUCH OF ss OR CHROME IN THEM BUT I AM THINKING MORE MACHINED BRUSHED OR CHROME WHEEL.

ALSO LOOKING AT HOW SHE SITS WHAT SIZE TIRE AND WHEEL SHOULD I GO WITH WITHOUT MESSING UP MY STEERING? I WILL BE CRUISING AND SHOWING ONLY NO OFF ROAD. WHAT DO YOU GUYS SUGGEST.

SOME PHOTO'S OF MY NEW BRONCO..

LET ME KNOW. Jerry%)

I would say you definitely need chrome or aluminum. I think the black wheels would be way too much. That paint turned out beautiful. Wow.

How much lift? I think a pair of polished up slots and some skinny 32's would look bad ass.

That thing is sweet. I think some gun metal rims would look kick ass and compliment your grill color

I have a two inch body lift on the Bronco. There may have been a one inch suspension lift prior but do not know how to tell.

The Weber set is EFI and fully self learned. That will be a FUN day when it gets fired up.

Local paint guys working for big trucking company as Diesel Mech did the body and paint work for 8K. He was 4K cheaper then the next guy. Love his work!

HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT BACKSPACING?

Not sure about the backspacing to clear but I detected a U14...

Outstanding paint and bodywork. Exceptional.

Are you keeping it a halfcab?

Sweet Bronco!

Bronco is a U15 that will have a soft top on it and a bikini at times. It came with a 1/2 cap top when I bought it but it is a U15. Frame stamped correctly as well as door tag.
Came from Colorado and Vegas area. I am lucky to have found it.

Yep, that kinked rollbar and row of bolt holes got me.

Black is the most rewarding paint color when done right.

Again, Very Nice Bronco...

That's a beautiful paint job. I think it needs lots of chrome, no more black stuff. And a white top.
Does the hood close over that intake?

Check with me next week on the hood closing. we did not have the intake when it left for paint, so we are going to find out how it plays with the rest of motor and hood.

I am going chrome bumpers for sure and what ever emblems I can get to set it off a little.

I agree, some cool stuff there, my teens were the '70's.

Gotta fit filters on those intakes also.

Truck looks awesome and the motor only adds to it. I agree with not blacking it out. Chrome on that is gonna pop like nobodies business. ;D
