That overhead console came out great!! I like the color choice and can't wait for more pics of some paint on those exterior panels.

Lined up fenders, grill, hood & doors. made the battery tray, a/c line bracket, another throttle bracket. Got the roll bar top back (just set it on for pics) need to run all the wires from the switch panel through the roll bar 1st. Started organizing the engine wire loom, need to cut a big hole in the firewall to fit the connectors to the modules. Rich

Thanks 904. Made the trans cooler lines (pain in the ass) adjusted the suspension (these pics show the ride height) also cut out the hood scopes. Marked the bumpers for trimming (I feel their to bulky).
Been working some more body parts, going over electrical systems. Talked to the glass shop about windshield & half cab windows (want them flush mounted) said it'll take 2 weeks. Rich

Cut a 6" hole in the bed for fuel pump access made a collar and cut a 5" hole (had to hand form the collar under the cap and spot weld). Reset the fuel tank, cut a 2 1/2" hole in the firewall for electrical (the computer connector needed that big of a hole). I want to mount the computers and fuse panel and run some of the wires (to get a head start on some of the wiring). Rich

Are you going to be able to seal that large firewall hole?

Thanks for the comments, that hole in the firewall will fill up fast (I'll use foam if not).
Worked on the bumpers got the lights mounted, trimmed the ends to match the body (I think it looks better). Ran some more wiring. Going to work on the roof next (want to get it to the glass shop) also need make carpet templates out of plastic. Rich

Wholly smokes Rich,
I guess I need to pay better attention. I have not been keeping up with your build. It's looking great. I think you will be glad you did the access cover in the bed. This is certainly going to be a one off Bronco. Looking forward to your start up. video, :)

Rob...

BTW - thank you for the nice comments on my build. I could not have pulled it off without the help on this board.

Thanks JefeAZ
Hi Rob yea hope I never have to use the access door. Haven't posted in a while not much to see doing some more wiring and a lot of body work (I keep finding little dents)
Just got my air filter in, I think I'm going to fab up a triangle for the center of the hood scoop to divert air flow from the air cleaner (in case rain) Hope to paint in 2 weeks. Rich

Been doing body work seems like for ever all these little dents all over (I think about 1.5 million of them) finally got primed (except the grill hood & bed). I also found a couple more dents aaghh about ready to just fuck it on the dents and just paint it (not really). It was 108 deg in the garage today. Some of my carpet parts are done. Dash is promised by next friday. I don't see where to upload pics. Rich

Painted a lot of the parts the last couple days ready to paint the body next, have a make shift booth set up out side of my garage (portable garage a little under 300.00).
Fiber glassed some brackets to mount screens in the hood scopes also glassed in a v to divert air from directly entering into the air filter in case of rain. sending the top and window frames to get wrapped with satin black. Then to the glass shop. rich

Painted the body. picked up the side window frames (had the outside wrapped in satin black. installed the left step & fuel door. I didn't paint the bed (going to get it linexed)
The cab is done getting wrapped just the sides, also the front window frame outside only - going to the glass shop next to get front and rear glass flush mounted. Rich

And I thought my build was over-the-top. You're on a different planet.

Seriously nice work and I love you're doing it all by yourself (like me!!). Not too many guys tackle, the mechanical, electrical, fabrication, welding, body work and paint !!
