• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Another Reb in BR. Not to many down here in tiger country....

Owner called me back tonight. He has had it for 8yrs. Motor is an I6 and hasnt ran in years, repainted at some point. He said it has rust but wasn't specific on severity. I'm gonna ride over Saturday and take a look.

I will pull for Ole Miss every game but one..... Die hard LSU fan. My dad and my sister went to Ole Miss, just wanted to get out of BR for a little while. Actually even played a little baseball at Ole Miss. Good luck with the rig.

That's funny I looked at this bronco a few years ago,it is still in the same spot, I personally didn't think it was worth much so didn't even make an offer, I think it had pretty much rust,

Yeah.. I told the owner he was asking more than he may get. He said he had it listed for 6k a couple yrs ago.

I would be interested for less if its not a rusty bucket. From todd john's comments it may be to much rust. Can someone educate me on the magnitude of work converting to a V8? Not sure the compatiblity of the 6 drive train.

What do you think it's worth?

I talked to the owner today and told him if he hasn't sold it, I would like to look at it next weekend. Driving down to Venice, LA for some fishing. Did anyone go look at it yet. Just curious if it would be a waste of time...

I looked at it last night. Not a 5k bronco IMO. Posting some pics and have a few more if someone is interest. I don't think it has ran in several (6-8) yrs or moved from its current resting spot. The body has rust issues in most places. Front and back floors are rusted through and have been patched, tail gate is rusted with bondo holding it together, frame has a couple rust holes, rockers are rusted through along with the inner fenders, and signs of bondo in several spots. Rig was repainted a couple owners back. Don't get me wrong, it has some potential if a guy wanted to start from scratch and could get it for the right price, but it would be a long road. Just my newbie 2 cents.

After seeing the pics, and the fact that it is uncut, does not have mud tires, so not really used as hunting vehicle, and seeing where the rust is, my guess is this thing was up north some where for a few years. You are looking at a ton of work on that one.

sorry I couldn't help to much, I had looked at it several years ago and I knew I didn't want to mess with it, the yellow one in Lafayette runs and drives but is also a rust bucket nothing good on it
