Hello all,
New here, been out of bronco scene for a good 10 plus years. I have had this 72 since the mid eighties and build it into a wheeler /driver with the proceeds from buying and parting out 10+ Broncos over the years. life happened, got really busy with kids, work etc and Bronco has been sitting for 10 or 12 years.
try to sell it a while back andbetween unappreciative low ball offers and the test drives putting a smile on my face again I have decided to try and get it road/ trail worthy again.
Originally was built up with wild horses long travel suspension and cage, disc brakes, power steering, homemade replacement floor pans and rebuilt windshield frame with stainless hinge.
I started with overhauling the Quadrajet, next will be replacing the master cylinder, rear brakes and axle seals, then rebushing the suspension. Body is still solid but my 15 year old amateur body work /primer spots have turned it into surface rust making it look like a rust Leppard. debating whether to run the body as is or paint it. a little hesitant to paint it as plenty of the trails are really tight and the paint would get thrashed quick.
I will try to post pictures soon, let me know if there are anythin you guys would like to see or hear about.
