For Sale is my 1975 Ford Bronco that has been my project for the last 3 years. I have installed a 5.3l Vortec engine with 700r4 automatic transmission. I installed an Advance Adapters flywheel and knockdown cable to mate the 5.3 and the 700r4. I purchased the biggest Griffin aluminum radiator I could fit in the engine bay with a Lincoln Continental 2 speed electric fan. The engine computer has the a 30hp "chip" put on when I had it flashed to stand alone. The transfer case is a NP 231 with a Advance Adapters slip yoke eliminator.
The front axle is from a 1976 Ford F150 that is a reverse cut Dana 44 with 4.09 gears and open diff. It’s got new Spicer ball joints and axle shafts u-joints with full circle c-clips. The axle has been shortened 2.75" to match the rear axle which is a Dana 60 with disc brakes and limited slip diff. The front axle has 3/4 ton 8 lug outers from the knuckle out to match the rear. It has the factory power steering box with a drop pitman arm and Chevy 3/4 ton tie-rod/draglink ends with threaded DOM tube.
In the interior, I redid the dash with a Nordskog Digital gauge panel with tach that has 0-60 and 1/4 mile times built in and a flip open Cd player. I also fabricated a panel which hides the new headlight and wiper switches with a cut down glove box door. I put a Ididit tilt steering column with a leather wrapped steering wheel. The seats are new Steelhorse Super seats that are tied in to the family roll cage with the 3 point seat belts for the front seats.
The Bronco is relativity rust free for the age, there is some behind the right side wheel wheel and a little spot on the right inner fender and some around the body mount on the driver's side floor pan.
For the wiring, I installed a new 20 circuit universal wiring harness with Weatherpack connectors.
As for my Bronco project being completed, there are a few things it needs to be finished. It needs the high speed on electric fan wired if wanted, rear seat belts, rear bumper, door seals, and a spare tire(I have the carrier).
At this time, the only reason for selling the Bronco is because I need to liquidate all of my toys.
