Also, Murphy's Law has not been repealed.I'm going to try again today. Yesterday I had one kid in a school lockdown and one sick kid to deal with. Bronco got put on the backburner. This morning however I did find some new screws that will work BUT it looks like the left visor was mounted on the right bracket and visa versa. Shouldn't be a big deal since the metal brackets are the same except mine were bent to fit around the roll cage. Sooo now neither on will go one unless I reverse them.
I'm going to do some work on the brackets today and try again to get these little guys up. Rule of thumb for Early Broncos....a quick easy mod just doesn't exist.
I bet some of y'all thought rattlers were a Bronco part or accessory you didn't know about. Well don't go looking for rattlers at Toms Bronco Parts because I actually do mean rattlers, as in rattlesnakes. I already have a specimen in the car hanging on the gun rack (it rattles when I go over bumps) but when my sun visors needed a refresh I thought --- yea, I need more rattlesnake skins. So I have these two pretty nice diamond-back skins and took them over to this insane auto upholstery guy who works out of a shop my parents would warn me away from. He just called and said they were ready! I had him top mount the skins to a parchment colored vinyl, similar to the original color of the sun visors. He was trying to get me to order some snakeskin imbossed vinyl but that just seems cheesy. I want to see the edges and scales. And I'm pretty sure some of y'all think this is the most ridiculous mod but it fits in my Bronco.
Sure I NEED to replace a transmission hose and repair the leak in the radiator but come on. I HAVE to have the snakeskin mounted for the Bronco to run, it's a necessity.
(photos to come)
Y’all are crazy! I ate some rattlesnake once but I really don’t want nothin to do with ‘em!

Ford Debuts 2023 F-150 Rattler as an Entry-Level Off-Road Variant
The F-150 is one of Ford’s flagship models and a fan favorite for decades. With eight different versions ranging from the standard XL to the desert-bound Raptor, each truck comes with its own...www.powernationtv.com
Well I'm not saying the new Bronco's "editions" are inspired by my personal activities....but Bigfoot???....Big Bend???? Come on!
If Ford comes out with an alien/ufo inspired vehicle I'm having my house swept for bugs.
