After market front fenders

I have received Two fender from TB. The first driver side fender came damaged but it was do to fedex . I tried to dolly it out and it was ok. However the bottom were the fender slide between the A pillar and rocker was out a lot . I told TB and they send another fender out right away. I now have the sec one It dose fit better but down by the rocker it over hangs to the back of the bronco about 1/2 inch . I can force it in there but then it lifts the front of the fender about the same distance . I was wondering if these are dennis carpender fenders? I was thinking of ordering one of there to see if it fits better . Oh one last thing I do have two broncos same year and this fender fits the same on both.

Mine were "Blue Oval Industries" brand from DC.

I had to drill out several spot welds and reposition the the welds. The front fenders are 4 separate parts welded together. The parts are fine but the JIG being used is not correct.

It takes time figuring out what needs to move and then by how much.

I helped a buddy of mine install the kit form front fenders. The first one was an ordeal trying to agree on how to attack it. Once we decided that it wasn't rocket science and the pieces were generally meant to fit together it went much better. The second fender took us about 10 minutes to fit. All in all, I believe this is the way to go for the correct fitment. I'll see if I can round up a few pics.

Ya I ended up drill out all the spot weld on the A pillar bracket . I had to rework it . Then I will have to drill out some spot welds along the top so that it will meet the apron right . Thanks guy back to the shop for now

This ^^^^ Using stock fenders on BG A pillars, had to move the holes on the A pillars. What a fight.

I love those panels. when you get them please post on the quality and how they fit. Let me know how they are packaged and do they survive the trip. Fenders seem to be a crap shoot.

I plan to once I get around to the project.

My DC front fenders were packaged very well and had zero damage in shipping

Same here, mine were packaged well with no damage. My only complaint was not having a tracking number so I had no clue when they would show up, I just knew they had shipped.

I got emails with tracing numbers for both my fenders from DC. It was back in 2017.....my god how time flies

I got an order confirmation email and that was it, I checked my account to get updates. Shipping was quick though, Shipped on the 1st and I got them yesterday.
