Update: So far so good on the adjustments. I did about a 20 mile drive today and the drivability is much better.

Did you get the "tight feel" when turning thing figured out?

For the record here (even though it's in other threads too) what you changed with the angle (edit: aside from making the angles more parallel) is you reduced the amount of "tie-rod roll" that you were experiencing that makes the steering feel more vague as you steer.
When the draglink is mounted to the front, with the stud aimed horizontal to the ground, the steering inputs push down and pull up on the tie-rod before they move it left and right. This rolling motion equates to slack in the steering wheel.

Same issue those using the GM 1-ton setup have. They don't have the option to rotate the tie-rod and draglink to a better angle though, so there is even a product designed to try to help that.
It does not "cure" it (that's it's name in fact) totally, but does reduce the roll noticeably.

I'm really happy with where I am overall.

I had a lot of moving parts with the new tank, Fitech, C Bushings, Y to T conversion, etc.

As mentioned above, I logged some miles and the initial issues I experienced with the steering were really related to my installation and not the product.

The tightness in steering has resolved itself or was a figment of my imagination or both. Not sure!

I appreciate everyones input helping me through this.
