I made a diagram (labelled image) of all the fluid checks I need to do.
A lot of the discussion seems to assume people know how and where to check and fill them already.
For those that may be unsure, it took me a minute to ID all of them, here is my 1977 engine bay with fluids:

If there are any errors please let me know and I will update

Questions:
  1. Other than the Transfer case fluids, is there any fluid not in the engine bay, or that I'm missing that I should be checking?
  2. Where do I refill/top up my transmission fluid? Just with a funnel through the dipstick tube in the engine bay?
I made this because I am leaking transmission fluid (possibly a bulging gasket on the pan, will try that first) and also some brown oil (possibly the engine oil, but it comes down near the transfer case, so my next step is power washing under there, then cleaning with some engine parts cleaner, then seeing where the leak comes from).
From checking the dipsticks, I think those two fluids may just have been overfilled at a recent service.

You could also check the gear oil level in your differentials. There will be a plug on the differential where you can check the level of the oil.

Yes. Fill the automatic transmission with a funnel in the dip stick tube
