Alt/Smog Pump or AC Bracket Mount

I have looked through the threads but havent quite gotten what I am looking for with trying to mount my passenger side bracket. I think it is a smog pump and alternator bracket, its a big ol thing with a hole through it...anyways, where does it bolt and how is it situated...a pic would be awesome.
