Not mine from a Rat Rod Jeep.

Search: booze bottle
and it should be the first post in the results.

Here's a six year old picture pic of my remote reservoir. It's an Advanced Auto Parts antifreeze jug jammed into where you see it with a bungee cord for extra security.

I heated up an old socket and melted a hole in the cap, for the perfect hose size fit, running the hose to the bottom of the jug with a slightly angled cut at the end so it can not seal itself off.

I run the antifreeze jug half full and the radiator completely full.

This same jug has performed flawlessly for over six years now, the sticker is gone, and a jug like this with antifreeze included will now cost you about twelve bucks.

I did mine back then for about six.

Not very original, but looks good and functions well. Dual overflow and washer.

I really don't like the big bottle/tank on the fender. Has anyone found / come up with, or is using something different?

No tank or bottle, just a long hose to the elements. No antifreeze in my rad, just straight water. Sometimes it's a mix blend.

I removed mine and did this for a while... only saw a cople of drops come out. But I did go to Walmart and buy a $4.00 stainless water bottle in the sporting good section. Drilled a hole in it for the rubber hose and mounted it beside the radiator. Seems to work well. You dont even know its there unless I point it out.

I like that idea. Does the hose come in from the top?

Yes... I left the screw off top so I can ad coolant if needed. I used one of those "step" drills to get the hole to be a snug fit on the hose.

I will try to take a photo for you.

Greg

Maybe these will work..
