With those pics I'd say $6-$8k in Texas depending... If you are having issues finding a Bronco in Texas then you've definitely come to the right place. Also check with the guys at Lone Star Early Bronco Club. With what you are wanting to do I'd be willing to bet they'd help you out.

Way to do your homework Rwinger! This was definitely the right place to check in. That Bronco does look good but for 10,000.00 you can do better. I just bought mine 2 monthes ago all original with only a minor amount of surface rust and 62,000 original miles for 8,400.00 including licennse and tax. (and I think I paid a little to much) Keep trying there's an EB out there for you!

The lady that posted the bronco as a great hunting vehicle because the front windshield folds down must not understand that shooting from vehicles is the quickest way to get your vehicle and guns taken from you!!

>>>>>>>>> http://www.tpwd.state.tx.us/publications/annual/hunt/means/ ...paste/copy>> Animals and game birds not classified as migratory may be hunted from a motor vehicle, powerboat, sailboat, or from any other floating device within the boundaries of private property or upon private water. Migratory game birds under certain circumstances may be hunted from a boat on public water. See the migratory game bird section for the exceptions (Lawful Hunting Means and Methods). .................... most hunting in Texas is on private property .... what really gets interesting is running around with the sheriff's son in my friends small northwest Texas town....the nuisance ferel hogs get chased down at night across the cultivated fields with military spec night vision & 4-wheel drive surburbans equipped with roof portholes ..................

Your husband is a lucky guy!

Just my opinion but if you were going to spend upwards of 10k,look for a 76-77 bronco

Automatic, power steering, power brakes, disc brake front all come stock. those options are things most do on older broncos and if your husband is not good with tools that will add thousands down the road to the price.

Just beware of rust

Even pretty cars can have serious rust.
Bedliner is often used to cover all sorts of sins. The most common rust areas are floorboards, cowl, and lower tailgate. The floorboards and tailgate are easy to inspect and also to repair. The cowl is often overlooked because of the complexity of the cowl but if you poke around on it you will find the problem areas. Cowl rust can and should kill most deals since repair is quite involved.
