Update 7-15-05 Finally Painted !

Well , finally painted ;D . It turned out pretty damn good too. The pictures don't really show off the color very well but this is what I have untill I un-tape it and push it outside. Came out very clean but I'm going to do a quick scuff with some 2000 and buff it. All the masking paper is to keep the frame and everything else clean ( no overspray ). I'll post more GOOD pics in a couple of days :)

Looks great! congrats on the great job! nice and straight.

I assume that's PPG. What line is it and did you clear it?

(sorry if it's elsewhere in the thread)

Yes , all of it is PPG stuff. I used DBC base and 2042 clear. The color is a new Jaguar color ( racing green ) with lots of pearl, some flop adjuster. It changes colors a little from green to blue on all of the body lines. If you look at the hood picture it looks more blue than green because of the lights.

Bling Bling door panels

;D I don't know about these door panels , look a little too bling bling for this truck. The only shiney thing on the whole truck besides the head light rings :)

Got the windshield in, door glass in and doors put together. Sprayed bedliner under the front fenders, and rear quarter panels.

Door Panels

I needed a little bling on the truck. I have been pretty conservative, but wanted something to liven up the inside a bit.

i saw this sucker last weekend. this truck looks fantastic. great work andy, and nybronco. i think you spent more on your bumpers than i have on my whole truck. it really looks great. but i would worry about those microscopic tires more than the door panels... ;)

The first time you go topless in the summer sun and you come back with lobster thighs, torso, etc., you'll wonder why be bling...
