Another Centech Intermittent Wiper Wire Question...

OK,
So I have been reading and re-reading all that I can about how to wire in a later model intermittent wiper switch to a Centech harness. I printed Lars' article and with my factory wiper switch plug I have been able to make it work...almost.

Here is my situation and questions.

1. When all wired up, the wiper motor comes on but only on the high setting, and when it does run, it seems to be working intermittently not steadily.

2. I have nothing when the switch is on low, and nothing when I turn the switch to the left for intermittent operation.

3. The washer pump works just fine.

4. My Centech harness wire colors don't match up with Lars' article, and I read on here that there were changes to harness a few years ago. Using factory schematics, other posts and trial and error, I think that I have it figured out...

Now my question is about the wire mentioned in Lar's article that states that another wire needs to be run back up to the motor and connected. I have done this, but I do not know where to connect his additional wire to at the motor. I read that it is known as the Motor Stop wire. Is this different than Park?

What is the Return wire for in the Centech Harness? I thought it was a ground for a Fiberglass body, but reading some other posts I am not so sure. I also have a good solid ground wire running from the switch.

I am almost there, and I really like the idea of running intermittent wipers...
Has anyone done this recently with a newer harness that can answer my questions?

Thanks!

I don't know anything about the centech colors but here is a good diagram for the motor. Using a voltmeter you should be able to see what you have and what you don't. I think the newer centech switch has it's own park position, something the old one didn't.

Thanks Viperwolf...I was hoping that you would say that the Centech harness has a newer feature called a Park wire. I was racking my brain trying to determine if the Motor Stop wire and Park were the same thing. It appears that they are. Now I just need to figure out what the wire marked "Return" does...

Thanks again!
