I like the looks of your design, it will definately do the job. But I don't understand how you don't loose any clearance with the bumper this low.
I used to run my winch between the frame rails but I kept digging the bumper into the dirt. It was only out 2" past the lower frame. I decided to go above the frame and tuck it in as close to the grill to help clearance. Any side shots of yours?

Lotta great looking home-grown Stealth knock-offs out there. Here's my rear one just to add to the growing collection in this thread. I think I did more of a writeup on the build of it somewhere here or over on Broncoholics.

Taxx (Dave) just got his rig together and left yesterday to go wheelin' will be back on sunday...with pics--for sure ;) . It really turned out nice. I would be at the Badlands myself--scratching up my own ride, but my cage is not quite done...tomorrow?!? hopefully...it is very "crab"-like. I think there will be a couple of these bumpers being made in the next month or so...he needs a rear and we are going to make a set for mine too. ;D

Here they are. It is not tweaked, I just need to play with my mounting angle a little. I dug it into the ground this weekend (stood on it) and winched the hell out of it (winch was smoking) and it didn't budge. Can't say the same for my rockers but its all in fun ;D
