Any splash guards or mudflaps for uncut?

Hey guys, I am putting the finishing touches on the steed. I am loving the uncut look, but I have noticed that after a few trips down the gravel road, that I have a couple of small chips acquiring along and very near the fender lips. Has anyone mounted any small splash guards on an uncut? I imagine that fender flares would take care of that but I don't want to do that.

I was looking for some discrete splash guards, but any pictures or input would be greatly appreciated.

Any help would be appreciated. Here is a shot of the beast right before we got the matching wheels and tires for it:

Nice looking Bronco. I have guards on the front. The back doesn't seem to get too beat up.

The cage is there for safety and a place to mount 3 point seat belts to, but the bumped hood was a necessity, to fit the intake and intake heater for the 4bt under there. The bumped hood would have been too rich for my blood otherwise ;D

That color would look awesome with some fender flares, and a set of 35's!

I made up some for the front way back in the late seventies, and they are still working fine. Just take some mud flap type material and mount them to a right angle bracket coming off the inner fender metal so as to avoid holes in the outer fender lip. These have help a lot in keeping down the sand blasting of the underside of the rocker panel.
But the next problem is the leading edge of the rear fender. That is another problem behind the rear wheels they problem seems less, although I suppose it would help. It always looks dorky though, in my opinion, so I have always just lived with it in that area.

My better half is short and had a hard time getting in so I put these on, also have aluminum ones on rear fenders.

No, a 4bt is not a Ford product, but Ford makes no engine that is even close to it in size, weight, performance, fuel mileage etc. Being a diesel fanatic, there were no other reasonably priced options. The big advantage of the 4bt is LOW end torque, and exceptional mileage. I am expecting to get 25 mpg on the highway as we have an F150 that routinely pulls down those numbers with the same engine.

I am a college student with limited funds, the only way I was able to justify the money that went into this project is that it will be my daily driver, year round. It is safe to say that without the 4bt this project wouldn't have happened until much later in life. It saved me maybe 5k to purchase a decent running late model truck. That effectively makes the project cheaper. The 4bt along with the overdrive transmission, air conditioning, power steering and disc brake conversion make it an amazing vehicle to drive. It is like an older, much cooler version of my mom's Jeep Liberty Diesel (which routinely gets 26-29 mpg).

If I would have had to pay the going rate for these 4bts and pay shop rate for the rebuild, it also wouldn't have happened. I spent the entire winter 3 years ago dismantling and cutting up 7 bread trucks to sell the aluminum for scrap metal and sell the engines. I kept 3 engines and a couple of extra bucks for my effort. So this engine was essentially free to me except for the modifications I paid for ;D

Anyways thanks everyone for all the comments. Does anyone have any pics of a splash guard on the rear quarters? I like those running boards. I hope to get a full build thread posted this summer sometime.
