Thanks, in my mind I thought it might be worth more because they were only used those 2 years and therefore "rare".

I found a 4 barrel intake from a 69-70 Windsor motor and I need to know what I should pay the owner for it, any ideas.

That is the 16 bolt intake. The engine only has 12 intake bolt holes. That leave 4 bolt holes that happen to line up with water passages in the newer heads. Interesting problem when mixing 351 parts, but fixible fairly easy.

Would I be better off just getting a new 4 barrel intake?

I am just trying to keep the height of the engine low to keep from having to install a body lift. I can imagine how many bolts will break or captured nuts spin.

That is a pretty good low profile intake. Just need to drill and tap the 4 extra holes for some pipe plugs (1/8"NPT should do fine).
