I've heard there not to good on the customer service side. Not as bad as ballistic but headed that way. I'd call them to confirm the order/shipment.

I've bought from them a few times and they are slow. I wasn't charged until my items where shipped though. If things haven't changed with them it was just 1 guy fabbing these things and shipping them. I've bout there diff cover as well as some of the gussets and tabs and was very pleased with the quality.
