Just kidding but you just never know what you might find around here. I think we will be going for fiberglass repair on this one. That way I can try to match just one color.:p

If it wasn't this rig I would slap on some Gorilla Warflares.;D Yes that was a shameless plug.

Ive got the other baloon chaser bronco from the chase in may garage. It came with an extra set of flairs. Tell me where to send it and its yours. By the way they are pre painted so all you have to do is mount it!! ;);)

I bet my old fiberglass ones are a match. If a graft makes sense, I can send you that section.

Cant you just 3-D print the missing section and glue it in so you don't have to replace the unobtainium colored rivets.

Thanks for the laughs and offers. We'll try the repair and if we bomb I'll send a PM. I like the "Just Print One" idea too. The printers are getting more economical so it is an option at some point.

Tape off the top with clear box tape. Then you could do the repair from below in fiber glass and use surface filler on top then sand down the top until you hit the clear tape so you don't mess up the original finish. Then take a good digital picture and have it printed on vinyl and put that over the repair. Just depends on who you know and willing to think outside the box. of course you can have a real painter mix paint and blend in but its going to cost you.

It must have hurt bad when that chunk was knocked out of the flair.
