What do you guys use to replace the stock axle vent hose? I'm not that interested in using a breather, just going back with the stock hose. I tried some fuel line, but the OD is too large to fit through the hole in the frame.

Is there a hose made specifically for this purpose?

... I too think I used fuel hose .. and I may have drilled a hole in the frame it would poke through and hold tight...
.. You might go buy a big truck house like a mack or Freight liner .. & see what they have .Some thing tells me I've seen one that has a side mount to bolt to the frame and a barbed end you can put your hose over and add a worm clamp .

Back in the day a lot of people used those cheap coiled up air hoses. U know when twenty pink shocks were all the rage. By I think a normal color hose would work ok

We don't run those bellows specifically, just an example from a quick google search. Mostly mudding up here and the oil gets plenty hot, haven't had an issue so far.

But to each his (or her) own.

I put some yellow poly atv fuel line on mine that I had and haven't had any problems yet.Anything that is pretty durable will work though.

On my DD I used some cheap vacuum tubing run to a small weed whacker type fuel filter behind my tail light. I'm planning to do the same to the Bronco when I get to the axles.

I did the same on mine, but used a motorcycle fuel filter and ran it inside the truck past the tail light.

Went to oreilly today to replace mine because it doesn't stretch to the frame after the 5.5 lift (go figure) and the guy thought it was 11/32 vacuum line. He was out of that size but does that sound right so I can order some?

12/32 will work if they have that.
