The market is strange on there. The plain white one without Coyote did 132k. This one obviously has a lot more invested but may not make a difference. Lets watch!

Ones like this or the 79 for 213k just look more like market manipulation. They are not a sustainable price point but it causes people to get into a frenzy

BaT usually cancels those fumble-fingered bids with an admonishment to be more careful. I'm surprised they haven't handled this one yet.

I fat fingered a bid on BAT for a Pantera years ago and they would not cancel it. It came down to me not paying for it and they canceled my account. The hard part about BAT is that trying to get a hold a person to talk to as it is all online.

BaT fixed the issue and retracted the erroneous bid... then ANOTHER bidder came in and bid $53k. :-[

71 bronco Coyote motor

I'm still having trouble digesting all of the "this is perfect...best Bronco I have ever seen!" comments on that one...don't get me wrong, it has a lot of nice parts + coyote crate engine. A lot of it seemed like common bolt-ons and ok quality work. For $206k+bidder fees, I'd expect quite a bit more, and better. What did you guys think?

Who knows anymore? Until just recently, $200k bought you a house in 90% of the country.

For $200k, I would expect pretty perfect work. You are exceeding most Shelby Mustangs at that price.

Like everything else in the world these days, there are a wide range of opinions on Broncos. There are a lot of commenters on BaT that have far different opinions on rigs than longtime EB enthusiasts. I thought it was a decent rig but I certainly wasn't over-the-top in my enthusiasm for it like many on there. Same with the extended wheelbase rig from last week - I thought it was aesthetically terrible (and I know many longtime enthusiasts did as well) - BaT commenters loved it. Different strokes for different folks.
