I'm hoping Chuck will see this too, but does anyone have any pictures of the routing for the lines? I have looked at the pictures and instructions on the BC website, but no matter how I lay these things out, they won't line up. Please help.

I ended up having to remove the clutch z bar assembly and sliding the line in between it and the H block. I bought the deluxe kit and could only use two of the five brackets. Kind of disappointed in the kit, I had to use my bender and tweak the line in a few places to get it even close to fitting.

Can you send pictures? Either the lines are wrong or you are putting them wrong. They were designed to fit with all clamps.

Chuck, the pictures aren't great, but I think you can see how I had to fit them. If you look at the last picture you can see where the "S" in the line runs between the H block and the z-bar for the clutch. It was the only way to get all the lines connected. In order to use any of the aluminum clips in front of the transfer case I would have to bend the lines. The way they're in there now they are snug to the frame and will barely move. No worries of them rattling for sure.

First, look at picture 7, looks like the brake line is rubbing the steering shaft. If it is and you don't move it the shaft will rub a hole in the brake line quick. The lines look like they are where they need to be. still has a clutch equalizer bar. And not all EBs have the brake line/holes in the same place so if you don't have a hole where you want one drill one. You should have one in front of the crossmember and one on top of the frame near the front end of the tube.

From Jason "What if all of your stock mounts are missing how do you know where the new mounts go? We checked several frames and they were the same, on most of the mounts an inch + or - either way won't make a difference. start your measurement from the front left frame rail the first hole for the mount will be at about 24", 40", 54", 91" and the last at 110.

I removed each stock mount and tapped the holes as the instructions said to. I then put the bolts into each hole until I started putting the lines in. I know exactly where they are supposed to be because I tried to use each mounting location with no success except for the rear two. The lines were not going to fit into the clamps unless I pulled them off and rebent them considerably. The fact is, you're right. The stock mounts are probably all in the same place on these rigs, with a slight variation. If these lines are bent to fit, they should fit close enough to get them into the brackets you sold me. I'm not trying to bash you guys personally, but this kit isn't as advertised and I'm not happy with it. Not so much that I plan to snatch everything out and send it back, but I really expected this to be a plug and play option when I purchased it. Now, I still love you guys, so I'll leave at that. Wow, I feel so much better. Thanks for the advice on the brake line. Didn't even see that until you pointed it out. Cheers!

Sorry you are not happy with the lines. We install them on diff EB's all the time. All just bolt on. From here I can't know what the problem is. It would seem that all EBs would have the holes in the same place and they are on all the frames we checked, why would ford go to the expense of changing the hole location but why would we go to the bother to make the lines wrong. But we used a frame to bend the lines in the first place and checked them on several other frames before we had them made. When we got the first order in we checked them before we started selling them and they fit. We check a few every order. They are all CNC bent. Once in a while someone like yourself complains that they don't fit right. And from the pictures they are right. I don't know why or what else to do to make them fit every EB. If I change them to fit your EB they won't fit most others. That leaves me with the only option I have "if you don't like them please send them back" I have said this many times and it still applies. After re-reading this note if seems like I am being a hard ass or something. That is not my intent. I am a fixer but I don't know how to fix this other than drill new holes in the few. It is important to clamp the lines or ford would not have bothered.

No, you're not being a hard ass. I just know from the different posts that I'm not the only one having issues with these kits. I spent about 5 hours trying to route them in order to make everything line up with no success. I removed each stock mount, tapped the holes, and was expecting the lines to lay somewhere close so I could attach them. No matter what we tried I couldn't even get all the lines attached to one another without some tweaking. Much less get them into the clamps. Perhaps I can show you what I'm seeing at the Roundup and you can provide me some advice on what I'm doing wrong. Again, not saying the product is garbage, it just doesn't fit as expected. You said yourself it appears as though the lines were routed correctly. Anyway, I'll drop this, as I don't think it will get either of us anywhere. I'll find you at the Roundup and show you. Thanks Chuck!

Hope to see you there but if I can't make it see Jason and show him all the problems you are having, maybe we can work out something that will work out better for all.

That sucks.....I have Chucks 23 gal. tank and I like it a lot...... for replacing my plastic fuel line, I think I will just get some metal fuel line from autozone for $10 and bend it my self.;)

I would do that as well. I purchased the bc deluxe efi kit as well and am in the process of finally installing it. It fits okay or where it should, but with all the mods I have going on I think i would have been better off bending my own. I didn't get the two short lines that go in the middle if your not using dual tanks. Not sure why. I'm just gonna run rubber lines between them. Kind of a pain with the np205 there. Not alot of room. The clamps are super cool though. If I had to do it again I'd bend my own and just buy chuck's clamps.

I have the $89 BC kit and it went in fine. I would not jump to a conclusion from one bad experience. In my case, the installation did require patience and some slight bending in spots to customize it properly. The BC fuel line clamps are excellent. I also used them on my automatic transmission lines. I'm sure I'll buy more for the next project.

Having recently installed Chucks lines I will admit that they did not line up perfectly but were very close.
I actually called Pedestrian and talked to him because I thought I had done something wrong because it only took 60-90minutes to install. Some of the lines were stubborn about going into the clamps but it was not that bad.
What may need to be done in the future is Chuck may need to say in the instructions that a tube bender may be needed to adjust for small variations in clamp locations that have been found on various broncos.
I know that some would say “if I have a bender I will bend my own”. That makes sense but allot of us buy these lines for convenience and quality. Having the bender handy to make small adjustments is not a big deal. Not to mention that you can rent or borrower from most major auto parts stores.
I am pleased with my set up and would buy again. Now if I could only get the Russell fittings to stop leaking.

My minor adjustments were made after hook-up. The kit did save me allot of time because the main bends were made.
