Ok, I have a led light bar mounted to my winch fairlead bracket and love the bright light it pushes. But I think I want to go back with 6 inch round fog lights like KC's but I want the brightness of the led's. Don't want chrome housing and prefer black housing. What do you suggest?? Thanks

You might be able to get the KCs and put HID lights in them, I have done that with some halogen Hellas old school lights

Pretty sure KC already offers LED versions of their lamps. Not sure if you can get the different beam patterns of the past, but you could check their site for that info I'm sure.
Most KC's were long-range spot beams anyway, but guessing they had others too, but just weren't as well known as the "beam that made them famous" spots.

You say "fog light" but it sounds like you are really wanting off road lights. Do you want the sharp cut off in the light pattern of a fog light or the distance of an off road light?

Jeeps come with generic fog Halogen Hella's that are OK. 6" lens, 6.5" housing. Black plastic housing with the usual Hella adjuster. Simple mount to any flat surface. They wont be as bright and a LED or HID. I think they come with H3 bulbs so you can choose your preferred wattage. Widely available used as takeoffs.

I've got a set of KC knockoffs that I've put xenons in, and they are crazy bright, but they are almost entirely spot, very little spill. The LEDs, in my experience, are more of a wall of light by comparison. So it is very doubtful that you will get the same light effect from a pair, or even two pair, of 6" rounds lights that you will from a single light bar.

I just put on a pair of KC Highlights in the 130w and they're super nice with the amount of light they put out. They're not LED but I'd be surprised if LED would be brighter than the old school version?

Yes I was unclear...I am wanting 'Off Road Lights'. I did see some KC's with LED and your right...very proud of those things. I don't want a spot light...more wide 'a wall' as you say. I have replaced my original headlights with LED and want lights to enhance it. The light bar I have has great light but was wanting the look of old school.
