I'm looking for axles for my Dana 60 that will spin my 37's. I would like to just go big right off the bat with some 35 splines but, I will need to machine my spindles to accept the 1.5" shafts. Does anyone make a strong shaft smaller that 1.5" diameter for a Full floating D-60?

I think that you would be much happier in the long run if you just bite the bullet now and go with the 35 slpine axles. The cost will be the same with the only extra cost being the maching of your spindles. Give Mike at completeoffraod.com a call or e-mail. He is very helpful and carries both the 30 and 35 spline shafts. Good luck.
