Nice report. Looks like a fun place to go. I think we never made the effort to go due to the lack of harder trails. But it looks like a great place to get away and see some scenery!

Nice report. Looks like a fun place to go. I think we never made the effort to go due to the lack of harder trails. But it looks like a great place to get away and see some scenery!

The trails are easy, but there are a lot of them. I’m a bit of a fire road hound so the easy trails are an excuse to air it out a little from one view point to another. I was looking at the graphs ran over 60 in some places in the dirt, much of it dodging excessive desert pin striping. There is abut 120 miles of paved road in the park. Some of the trails we ran were 50+ miles long. I do have GPX files if anyone wants them, some I’ve made and some I’ve collected.

In the state Park I think I might have hit 30 mph once or twice! LOL
