Further testing accomplished this weekend.
The Bronco did great! I have a list of things I need to change to make it a little more bullet proof.

The suspension worked great. The 40s have created clearance issues in all corners.

I saw pictures of a trail fix that involved a welder. What happened?

I need to come up with a new plan for the hydro assist ram. I ran one of the ram hydraulic fittings into a rock. I've got to get it better protected.
Gordon got it welded back together and we rode on it the rest of the day.

That's the gearing I wanted but my Sterling Rear is a 2011 so they don't make anything more than 4.88 for that so I am stuck with 4.88s. Luckily my 10r80 is geared so low it should be OK. Your gonna love it!

These recently came out, but I think I'm sticking with 4.88's for my 40's. With a NP205 doubler I should have plenty of gearing. I think your 10r80 will be perfectly fine as well: https://revolutiongear.com/ford-10-...io-37-spline-ring-and-pinion-revolution-gear/

Thanks, Yeller made it happen.
I've got to get used to driving it. With the previous setup I would have backed off this, but it climbed up.
