I was read a article that states the first 200 or so Broncos where built by a company called Budd. My 66 U13 has a production #738002 which means it was built in Aug 65. Does that make it a Budd unit and it so does it make it any more rare than any other Broncos.

Here’s a good video to watch jimmy golden and the Nashville early bronco guys put it together.

In short yes your bronco is a budd body bronco. Is it rare yes cause it’s a roadster yes, but not because its budd body since u14s and 15s would be too. was it just the first 200 that were budd body no cause our 760081 roadster is a budd body as well.

Thanks for the info. This is my first early Bronco and just trying to learn as much as I can about it. AS far as rarity been there done that and still have few rare ones but at the end of the day I just go with what ones I enjoy and can drive and not get upset when I get a rock chip.
