I think I remember talking to you if you were on the incredibly slow medium run.

Yes, we park next to each other at lunch. I was kinda disappointed that day because our leaders wanted to get back so early for the kids raffle.
I normally pick something kinda easy the first day so I don't break and be down all weekend.
We were all admiring the aftermarket uncut quarters on your rig, very cool.
My Bronc looks very different than it did then. Rolled it, now I just go anywhere do anything!! Way more Fun.
One thing for sure they have one of the best Bronco Raffles !

well sad to say it is still uncut but I am afraid when you see it again it will be trimmed.
that was the 69's first trip out but this year I am hoping the medium run will be more entertaining.

I liked bronco days when it was camping and wheeling. It was our summer camping trip with the kids. The kids really looked forward to going camping. Since they moved it to the resort we quit going. Now you need an RV or to stay in a motel room. There just isn't as much fun for the kids. The borrego bake without the kids sounds like more fun to me.

If I get the EFI done and it actually works (high hopes), then I might make it out. I usually go to Ocotillo Wells for Halloween weekend so it will have to be one or the other. Have to agree with the resort thing, Id rather camp in the park.

We intend to go if the shop finishes it's snail paced engine build/tranny repairs by then.

Steve, they had tent camping set up in a corner of the lot. Granted it's not the wild outdoors but then neither was DJ's, Mojave Narrows or the Lone Wolf colony...

It was definitely nice being able to hit the pool to get the heat of the day off and then just a quick walk to the bar.

I will likely go if I get my trans fixed by then. I actually enjoyed staying at the resort. Shower and pool/jacuzzi are nice.

We'll be there again this year. I like the resort its at. I get plenty of camping in all year, its nice to stay in a place with a pool and bar once in a while.
