Bumper Build w/ Pics

Sorry forgot to mention that, yes the stock bumper was notched to accept the spindle. A plasma cutter made short work of that. No discoloration and sealed with clear. I believe I used a 1" washer as a template. I'll take a pic and post.

Turned out great!

3years ago I used that spindle kit for a bumper I made for my Hummer, even with a 37" tire mounted to it I haven't had any issue since day one

I have not been on this forum for probably 5 years - no reason, just life - opened it up at midnight to look for a way to get rid of my annoying spare rattle that is pulling the fender off the rear quarter.

And here it is - found in 15 seconds. Is this a great forum or what!

It will be a few months til I am there but I am doing the stock bumper with a hidden, inverted winch similar to Duffs but beefing the entire bumper up like this.
