Alignment sheet on the 77 says Negative 3 degrees caster, I want 3 degrees positive, where do I get my hands on some 6 degree bushings? And I want blue ones, is this too tall of an order?

All the typical vendors have the 7 degree in black. I haven’t seen any blue. Did Duff ever make those?

Duff makes, or used to make, a 6.5° bushing. Theirs are always blue if I’m not mistaken.
You used to be able to get blue from energy suspension as well, but that would only be 7°.
However, I don’t see why you’re limiting yourself to a specific degree. That 3° positive is also a little low if you’re searching for proper geometry. That’s low even for Ford specification for’77 models.

Are you trying to achieve the specific degree, based on your pinion angle perhaps? Or something else?

Hmm...3° negative caster is a lot, and in the wrong direction, which begs the question as to how you got there on your '77. Is it possible that your radius arm C-bushings are in upside down now?

FWIW, I just went through the process of cutting and rotating the knuckles on my '77 EB with a HP D44 axle swap and I gave myself 6° of positive caster at ride height...and thought about doing even more. With the long travel radius arms and the arc of suspension travel, it goes to zero caster when at full droop and 12° caster and full stuff, so there's a +/-6° change throughout the range of travel. This was the only way I could get a decent caster number and serviceable pinion angle.

How about some more info too? Such as, how much lift is on it, and what other modifications have been done?

Was thinking the same thing about it being a '77 and having so little positive caster. Wondering if the alignment sheet is showing it incorrectly, or even if someone in the past swapped out the front end for an earlier model. After all, most earlier Broncos had precious little caster to begin with. But by '77, most of them were pretty good.
Mine is at 6 degrees plus, with 2.5" of lift and just C-bushings. Can't remember what degree, but the point is that with the same setup and 2" of lift, my '71 had zero degrees. Or something like that.
Have you owned your Bronco for a long time? Or is it new to you? Does it still have factory style disc brakes up front? Would not be the first time someone swapped in an older 44 for the later one with disc brakes.

When you get a chance, post up some pics of your alignment readout, let us know how much lift you're running, and anything else you can think of.
Besides, we love to seep pics of "stuff" and especially Broncos!

Good luck.

It also matters what is in there now. If you have stock rubber, or are there already aftermarket poly bushings in there?
You want blue, Duff is your only choice.
Don't get stuck at 3° for the target. More is generally a good thing. Too much is when you are in the double digits (and there are production cars that are in the double digits so even that is possible)

7 degree bushings is the right call. 3 degrees of positive is the absolute minimum and more is optimal, I really feel 6 degrees is the minimum. My personal truck has a custom front axle that has 11.5 degrees. Unfortunately looks like blue is no longer an option, black from Duffs, and red from a few others.

It has the stock/factory bushings that are almost 50 years old, with a new 2 1/2 in lift. So 7 degree black it is. Thanks for the comments.
