Finally after a year or so my nephew is ready to paint my bronco. I have it narrowed down to Candyapple red or Burnt orange. Anyone have any pictures of either color. Thanks in advance

As a Texas A&M grad I vote for anything but burnt orange!

This one was candyapple red. Maybe you can pick out the good parts.

Anything but Burnt Orange

Go with red, Burnt Orange has to be one of the ugliest colors ever.
A dark red even a maroon would be nice.

David Kirk

P.S. I am a Texas A&M grad as well.

Man, If I were to paint it loyal to my favorite football teams it would have to be Penn State blue or better yet black and gold. Bet you can't guess that one. That burnt orange of Sachems looks great. YOU know Seattle green wouldn't look bad either. Thanks for the replys

I actually asked SACHEM for his paint color as I was considering it. When I looked it up in the catalog I just couldn't make myself do it. Sorry SACHEM, love the color, but I just can't to it to myself! I have to say though, it isn't quite burnt orange.

Mines pretty close to sachems. the colour i went with turned out more red than I wanted. I like it cause it was a little different, not that an EB isnt different enough. But red vehicles are everywhere. So I vote for orange. Personal preference though.

After seeing some of those "E"s doing their OFF-ROAD thing a while back...I am considering their tangerine metallic. I am kidding about the OFF ROAD thing, some of you may remember that thread bashing the Elements... %) anyway, I really do like that color. I also have considered from the same vehicle line the 2005 (not 2006--its way too in your face) kiwi metallic green (not too light, not too bright, but just has enough flash without being too flashy) thats similar to our Boxwood Green that they put on those things...embarassing as it is to admit. Its either the tangerine metallic or GoManGo from the Chargers...with my stock green a distant 3rd....anyone have anypics of the Drk Haterass Green Metallic from 76??? I can never find anyone who still has the original paint for that year, so I kind of figured it fades badly fast.

If I was voting I would say red, b/c I dont want too many people having orange Broncos like mine may be. ;D
