Heres a project i've been working on. Its the tunnel cover for the nv4500 tranny swap.It weighs 11 ounces and is completely constructed of carbon fiber. Keep in mind the metal tunnel cover weighed in at 6.5 lbs. Id like to get some opinions on it from my fellow bronco lovers.

Nice job, is this your first time laying up carbon fiber? I have always wanted to try it just never took the plunge. Have any pics of the process?

Looks very nice, but I've got twin sticks.. Also, how is the hole in the stock tunnel sealed? Really don't want dirt and water to splash up around the shift tower and lay under that cover.

Ya I like that....I was thinking of gluing some on my dash with some material from US composites and some UV stable west marine epoxy. What twill is that and what materials did you use?

Yeah you need to wrap the dash and door panels to make it match the rest of the interior
