A very big thanks to Chuck at BC Broncos for sponsoring this ClassicBroncos giveaway! :)

Prize: Heim Steering System - This steering system includes 3 tapered studs, 4 FK heim rod ends, 1 tierod with the saddle welded on, 1 drag link and all the needed hardware. If you do not have the f-150 knuckles you will need to ream the knuckles with a tapered ream that can be purchased for as little as $25.

Description: (From the BC Broncos site) Now that we have a good way to attach a heim joint to the steering knuckle and pitman arm (the heim stud) we are offering a heim joint based steering linkage. We are using FK 3/4" chromoly heim joints with nylon liners for strength and long life, threaded 1 1/8" X .219" wall DOM tubing for strength and durablity and our heim studs for a solid anchor point. The saddle is welded to the tie rod for mounting the drag link or can be purchased separately. The saddle can also be used to mount the ram for ram assist. Please have the following measurements for your order: 1)(tierod) measure from the passenger side kunckle tierod grease zurk to the drivers side knuckle tierod grease zurk 2)(drag link) measure from the passenger side knuckle tierod grease zurk to the pitman arm grease zurk. Also, we need to know if you have a 2WD or a 4WD power steering box.

BC Broncos is also running a sale on these for the month of August. Sale price is $275. See their post in the Vendor Forum for more details. http://classicbroncos.com/forums/showthread.php?t=105181

Oh hell yeah!!!

Chuck, got more info on the heim stud? Do the knuckles still get drilled out and this is to keep threads out of the knuckle or does this fit in the stock taper or chevy taper?
