i have 35 spline rear axle shafts and they do not have an access hole in the face of them like shows in the installation instructions. I had plenty of room to reach the retaining bolts behind the axle with a combo wrench but im guessing when that rotor is on there it will be a very different story and no access. anybody faced this or know for sure?

am i making sense i hope i described that correctly....would like to get this done but dont want to start tearing stuff up if its not going to work.

or am i going to have to try to cut an access hole in my good shafts?

any feedback appreciated....

Doesn't the rotor go on the outside of the axle flange? In that case you could remove the rotor before doing anything with the housing nuts.

good to know...i guess i will get after it and see how tight it is for my set up.

did you have drill out your axle side flange holes? the bolts and brackets are a larger diameter than what is on my truck? just curious....

I have a full width ford 9" out of who knows what. the original axle side mounting holes were 3/8...i just drilled to 7/16 and worked fine....

Seems I remember the studs hold the rotor to the back of the flange on the BC kit, which I'm not a big fan of. I think I ran into this before and just drilled my own access hole. Get to it, Steven.
